Tom Ford, Snooker World No.14, Reveals He HATES Watching the Sport He Plays

Snooker world no.14 Tom Ford has made a surprising revelation about his feelings towards the sport he plays professionally. In a recent interview on Stephen Hendry’s Cue Tips YouTube channel, Ford admitted that he actually hates watching snooker and would much rather be at the pub than sitting and watching another player.

The English potter recently exited the World Championships after a defeat against Judd Trump, who advanced to the quarter-finals with a convincing 13-7 win. Despite being ranked higher than ever before and being tipped for a deep run in the tournament, Ford’s dreams were dashed by Trump.

When asked by Hendry if he thought snooker was a good sport to watch, Ford didn’t hold back in expressing his dislike for watching the game. He mentioned that even as a kid, he never enjoyed watching snooker and would prefer to put on a football match instead.

Ford’s candid admission about his distaste for watching snooker has raised eyebrows among fans and fellow players. It’s rare to hear a professional athlete openly admit to not enjoying watching their own sport.

As the World Championships continue, it’s unlikely that Ford will be tuning in to watch the action unfold. Instead, he may be found at the pub, far away from the snooker table. Despite his aversion to watching the game, Ford’s talent and skill on the table are undeniable, and fans will be eager to see how he bounces back from his recent defeat.
