The British and Irish Lions Tour of Australia 2025: Match Schedule and Ticket Information

The British and Irish Lions are set to make a highly anticipated return to Australia next year for a thrilling nine-match tour Down Under. The tour will see the Lions take on Australia’s Super Rugby teams, the Wallabies three times, and an Australian/New Zealand invitational XI.

The British and Irish Lions, a prestigious rugby union team made up of international players from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, will be touring Australia from June 28 to August 2, playing games in six cities across the country.

The match schedule for the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia in 2025 is as follows:

– June 28: Western Force vs. British and Irish Lions at Optus Stadium, Perth
– July 2: Queensland Reds vs. British and Irish Lions at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane
– July 5: NSW Waratahs vs. British and Irish Lions at Allianz Stadium, Sydney
– July 9: ACT Brumbies vs. British and Irish Lions at GIO Stadium, Canberra
– July 12: AUNZ Invitational vs. British and Irish Lions at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide
– July 19: Wallabies vs. British and Irish Lions at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane
– July 22: Melbourne Rebels vs. British and Irish Lions at Marvel Stadium, Melbourne
– July 26: Wallabies vs. British and Irish Lions at MCG, Melbourne
– August 2: Wallabies vs. British and Irish Lions at Accor Stadium, Sydney

Tickets for the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia are currently on sale, with a limited release of general public tickets available for all nine matches. Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney have already sold out their first ticket allocations, with high demand expected for the remaining tickets.

The British and Irish Lions have a strong history in Australia, winning 17 out of their 23 Tests against the Wallabies. Fans can expect an exciting and competitive series when the Lions return to Australian soil in 2025.
