The National Women’s Hockey League 2024-2025 (Phase 1) continued with thrilling matches on Day 2 at the Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Astroturf Hockey Stadium in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Hockey Haryana and Hockey Maharashtra emerged victorious in their respective games, showcasing their skill and determination on the field.

In the first match of the day, Hockey Haryana put on a dominant display against Manipur Hockey, securing an impressive 8-0 win. Pooja, Ritika, Manju Chorsiya, Bhteri, and Shashi Khasa were the standout performers for Haryana, with Shashi Khasa scoring a remarkable hat-trick in the final quarter. In the second match, Hockey Maharashtra outplayed Hockey Mizoram with a 3-0 victory.
