Limited Edition DU Hockey Bobbleheads Now Available for Purchase
The University of Denver hockey team has made history once again, winning their record 10th NCAA national championship this year. To commemorate this incredible achievement, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has unveiled three limited edition DU hockey bobbleheads.
These bobbleheads, now available for presale, feature two generic hockey players in the Pioneers’ iconic red and white jerseys, as well as a special “BobbleLogo” bobblehead with the official national championship logo on a hockey puck base. Each bobblehead is limited to 2,024 sales and can be purchased individually for $35 (traditional bobbleheads) or $30 (“BobbleLogo”), or as a set for $90.
DU’s journey to the championship included victories over top teams like UMass, Cornell, and Boston University in the NCAA Tournament, culminating in a 2-0 win over Boston College in the national championship game. Goalie Matt Davis was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player after an impressive performance, including a 35-save shutout in the final game.
