The excitement is building as the finalists for the Class of 2024 Honda Sport Award for Gymnastics have been announced by THE Collegiate Women Sports Awards (CWSA). Jordan Bowers from the University of Oklahoma, Haleigh Bryant from Louisiana State University, Jade Carey from Oregon State University, and Leanne Wong from the University of Florida have been selected as the top contenders for this prestigious award.

The Honda Sport Award has a rich history of honoring the best women athletes in collegiate athletics, and the winner of the gymnastics category will join an elite group of athletes as a finalist for the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year and the coveted 2024 Honda Cup. The winner will be revealed during a live telecast on CBS Sports Network on June 24, 2024, from New York City.

The gymnastics finalists were chosen by a panel of experts and coaches from the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA), and the ultimate winner will be determined by votes from administrators at over 1,000 NCAA member schools.

Each finalist brings a unique set of skills and accomplishments to the table. The CWSA has been recognizing the top NCAA women athletes for nearly five decades, and Honda has been a proud partner in supporting women’s athletics programs.
