American Express and F1 ACADEMY Partner to Celebrate Women in Business and Sports

The F1 ACADEMY is set to kick off its Round 2 in Miami from May 3-5, and fans are in for a treat as the Official Partnership between F1 ACADEMY and American Express will be activated in a big way.

To celebrate women in business and sports, American Express will be hosting a special event on May 1 in Miami titled “A Celebration of Women with Drive.” The event will feature the talented and award-winning artist Camila Cabello, making it an unforgettable experience for Card Members. Tickets for the event are limited, so be sure to grab yours soon.

In addition to the event, the American Express livery will be showcasing Caja Caliente, a local female-founded Cuban restaurant owned by Monica “Mika” Leon. Leon’s journey from her mother’s garage to a food truck and now to a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Coral Gables is truly inspiring.

Susie Wolff MBE, F1 ACADEMY Managing Director, expressed her gratitude towards American Express for their support in elevating women in sport and inspiring the next generation of female drivers. Elizabeth Rutledge, Chief Marketing Officer of American Express, also shared her excitement about the partnership and the opportunity to spotlight women-owned small businesses and their impact on local communities.
