Ahmedabad: Sardar Patel Institute of Sports dominates GSA with Chirag Chauhan’s whirlwind knock
In a thrilling match at the SPCT Cricket Ground in Ahmedabad, the Sardar Patel Institute of Sports put on a dominant display against Gandhinagar Sports Academy, thanks to stellar performances from Chirag Chauhan and Durjah Ravat. Chauhan’s whirlwind knock of 133 off just 94 balls, including 23 boundaries, set the tone for Sardar Patel’s innings as they posted a formidable total of 383/8 in their allotted 50 overs. Ravat provided valuable support with his quickfire 74 off 40 balls, which included 13 boundaries.
In response, Gandhinagar Sports Academy struggled to keep up with the required run rate and were eventually bowled out for 197 in 49 overs.
