Franklin boys basketball team showcased their talent and skill in a thrilling matchup against Catholic Memorial, emerging victorious with a score of 66-52. This win marks Franklin’s third state final appearance since 2017, solidifying their status as a powerhouse in high school basketball.

O’Leary, a Bates commit and two-time Hockomock MVP, led the team with 16.5 points per game and demonstrated his defensive skills by drawing 14 charges throughout the season.

Other standout players from the season include Caden Sullivan, who averaged 14 points per game and played a crucial role in Franklin’s journey to the Division 1 state championship game.
