Division I nonselect Playoff Schedule

In an exciting week of Division I nonselect baseball playoffs, several matchups have kept fans on the edge of their seats. Let’s take a look at some of the key games and results from the past few days.

In the Best-of-three series, No. 12 Covington faced off against No. 5 St. Amant in Game 1, where St. Amant emerged victorious with a close 1-0 win. Game 2 is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Saturday, with Game 3 set for 6:30 p.m. if needed. No. 13 Benton took on No. 4 Dutchtown, with Game 1 resulting in a 6 p.m. start on Friday. Game 2 is set for noon on Saturday, with Game 3 scheduled for 3 p.m. if necessary.

In Division II nonselect action, No. 17 Jennings faced a tough challenge against No. 1 Lutcher, with Lutcher coming out on top in both Game 1 (4-0) and Game 2 (14-2).
