The Placentia Yorba Linda School District is gearing up to revolutionize the way student-athletes train and excel in their sports with the launch of the Universal Sports Institute. This innovative program, set to kick off next school year, will provide students from third to 12th grade with the opportunity to hone their athletic abilities at an elite level while also focusing on their academic success.

The Universal Sports Institute, a tuition-free program, will offer personalized exercise and fitness programs, mental performance training, nutrition planning, recovery programs, and leadership development to its students.
