Armon Harried Named SUNY Scholar-Athlete for Men’s Basketball

Armon Harried, a standout forward for the Binghamton University men’s basketball team, has added another prestigious honor to his list of achievements. The graduate student was recently named a SUNY Scholar-Athlete for men’s basketball, recognizing his outstanding performance both on the court and in the classroom.

Harried, who also earned a spot on the America East All-Defensive Team this season, finished his collegiate career with impressive stats. He scored 1,296 points and grabbed 623 rebounds during his time at Binghamton, showcasing his versatility and skill on the court. In conference play, Harried averaged 13.4 points and 6.8 rebounds per game, solidifying his status as a key player for the Bearcats.

Off the court, Harried excelled academically as well, earning a spot on the America East All-Academic Team. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree in human rights, building on his undergraduate studies in human development. With a remarkable 3.82 GPA, Harried has proven himself to be a true student-athlete, excelling in both arenas.
