Dignitaries and Winning Team Celebrate Victory at K.K Hakku Stadium, Jammu
Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala emerged victorious in the National Level Invitational Hockey tournament held at K.K Hakku Stadium in Jammu. The final match between Punjab Police and Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala was a nail-biting encounter, with both teams displaying exceptional skills and well-coordinated moves.
In a thrilling showdown, both teams scored three goals each in regular time, leading to a shootout to determine the winner. Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala managed to outscore Punjab Police in the shootout, securing a well-deserved victory. Sanjay Kumar of RCF was named the man of the match for his outstanding performance, while Ramandeep Singh of Punjab Police was awarded the player of the tournament.
The event was graced by dignitaries including Bhupinder Kumar, Secretary to Government PWD, and Sekar Manoharan, treasurer of Hockey India. The chief guest commended the efforts of the Sikh Progressive Front for organizing such a prestigious event, urging them to continue hosting similar tournaments with the support of government authorities.

In the closing ceremony, the winning team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 51,000, while the runners-up received Rs 30,000.
