Orange County High School Baseball Standings: Who’s on Top?
As the high school baseball season in Orange County heats up, the standings are starting to take shape. With intense competition in various leagues, teams are battling it out for the top spot. Let’s take a look at where each team stands as of Friday, April 19.
In the Trinity League, Orange Lutheran is leading the pack with a 9-3 league record and an impressive 20-5 overall record. Santa Margarita and JSerra are not far behind, with records of 8-4 and 7-5 respectively.
Over in the Surf League, Huntington Beach is dominating with a 6-1 league record and an 18-7 overall record. Fountain Valley and Los Alamitos are also in the mix with records of 4-3 each.
The Wave League sees Corona del Mar leading with a 6-3 league record, followed closely by Newport Harbor at 5-4.
In the South Coast League, Mission Viejo and Tesoro are neck and neck with records of 6-3 and 7-5 respectively.
The Sea View League is a tight race between San Juan Hills and Aliso Niguel, both with 7-3 league records.
In the Pacific Coast League, Northwood and Beckman are tied for the top spot with records of 14-3-1 each.
Costa Mesa and Estancia are leading the charge in the Orange Coast League with records of 9-1 and 10-2 respectively.
In the Orange League, Century and Savanna are tied at the top with records of 6-1-1 each.
