Yate Ladies 1s finished their league season on a high note with a 4-1 victory over Bristol & West Jaspers. The team put on a strong performance in front of their loyal supporters, showcasing their skills and determination on the field.
The game started off with Yate taking the lead early on, as Chloe W’s shot found its way past the Jaspers’ goalkeeper. Yate continued to dominate the game with relentless pressure and excellent pressing from players like Chloe W, Emily A, Millie V-W, and Kyishia Cooke.
The team’s solid defense, led by players like Di Pugh-Hudson, Antonia Joy, and Zoe Vale, kept Jaspers at bay for most of the game. Yate’s second goal came from a powerful strike by Zoe Vale, followed by another goal from Cooke to make it 3-0.

The Mixed team also put up a strong fight in the National Mixed Plate competition, ultimately falling short against Trojans but showcasing their talent and determination on the field.
