Nissan Named Official Vehicle Partner of Tennis Ireland and Title Sponsor of Junior Kids Programme and Tour
Nissan Partners with Tennis Ireland to Support Junior Tennis Development
In an exciting announcement this morning, Nissan has been named as the Official Vehicle Partner of Tennis Ireland, as well as the title sponsor of the Nissan TI Junior Kids Programme and Nissan TI Junior Kids Tour. This partnership will kick off this month and will see Nissan’s support enabling Tennis Ireland to expand its programmes to develop the sport at all levels across Ireland.
The Nissan TI Junior Kids Programme is specifically designed to attract younger players to the sport, helping them develop their skills while having fun and enjoying the experience of playing tournament tennis for the first time at regional and national levels.
Nissan will be supplying Tennis Ireland with vehicles such as the Nissan Qashqai e-POWER and Nissan X-Trail e-POWER, which offer the benefits of EV driving without the need to plug in the car to recharge. Additionally, the 100% electric Nissan Ariya crossover will also be provided, showcasing Nissan’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Tennis Ireland CEO Kevin Quinn expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Nissan shares our goal of getting more children interested and excited about playing tennis, increasing the number of children playing in a fun and inclusive environment, and developing good tennis fundamentals through bespoke coach education supports.”
