Preparing for the Chinese Grand Prix: Updates on Chassis, Winners, Circuit Length, and How to Watch

The upcoming Chinese Grand Prix is set to be an exciting race with some changes in store for the McLaren team. Daniel Ricciardo, who has been struggling with performance issues in his car, will be receiving a new chassis for the race in Shanghai. Team principal Andreas Seidl explained that the decision to give the new chassis to Ricciardo was made in order to put any doubts about the car’s performance to rest.

Ricciardo, who is looking to bounce back after a crash at the Suzuka circuit, will be hoping that the new chassis can help him secure some much-needed points in the upcoming race. With teammate Lando Norris performing well in the previous races, Ricciardo will be eager to show his potential in the McLaren.

The last Chinese Grand Prix took place in 2019, with Lewis Hamilton emerging as the winner. Hamilton holds the record for the most wins at the Shanghai circuit, with six victories to his name. The circuit, which first hosted a Grand Prix in 2004, has a length of 5.541km and a race distance of 305.066km.

Fans can catch all the action from the Chinese Grand Prix on Sky Sports F1, with coverage also available on Now TV for those without a full Sky subscription. Viewers outside of the UK can tune in to F1TV for live coverage of the race, complete with special features such as onboard camera footage.

As the race weekend approaches, all eyes will be on Ricciardo as he looks to make the most of the new chassis and secure a strong finish in Shanghai. With the competition heating up, the Chinese Grand Prix promises to be a thrilling event for fans and drivers alike.
