2023-24 Aurora Sentinel All-Aurora Ice Hockey Team Announced
Regis Jesuit’s freshman goaltender, Easton Sparks, proved to be a standout player in the team’s journey to the Class 5A state championship, earning himself a well-deserved spot on the 2023-24 Aurora Sentinel All-Aurora Ice Hockey Team. Sparks’ exceptional skills between the pipes were instrumental in securing the championship title for his team.
Joining Sparks on the All-Aurora Ice Hockey Team is senior forward Dominic Suchkov from the Cherry Creek co-op team. Suchkov showcased his offensive prowess throughout the season, earning him a spot on the prestigious team. Additionally, senior forward Ian Beck of Regis Jesuit led his team in goals during the season, solidifying his place on the All-Aurora team.
On the defensive end, senior defenseman Dhilan Paranjape of Regis Jesuit displayed exceptional skill and leadership, earning him a spot on the All-Aurora Ice Hockey Team. Senior William O’Grady, who played for the Cherry Creek co-op team, also made the team as a defenseman, showcasing his defensive prowess on the ice.
The full 2023-24 Aurora Sentinel All-Aurora Ice Hockey first and second teams, as well as honorable mention selections, were recently announced. The first team includes standout players such as Ian Beck, Parker Brinner, Dominic Suchkov, Dhilan Paranjape, William O’Grady, and Easton Sparks. The second team features talented players like Eric Burggraf, Vincent Cieslak, Austin Katz, Zach Lorenzo, Ethan Robbins, and Jack Ryan.
