Heavy rainfall on Saturday night led to multiple course inspections on Sunday, ultimately resulting in the decision that the tournament could not be completed at Bonville Golf Resort.
With only 18 holes played, the tournament could not be classified as an official LET event, meaning no points would be allocated to the Order of Merit and prize money would be unofficial. Despite the disappointment of not being able to finish the tournament, the three players tied at the top of the leaderboard at -6 were named joint winners.
Nicole Broch Estrup, a previous LET winner, expressed her disappointment at not being able to play but remained hopeful for another official win later in the year. Jess Whitting, from Australia, saw the positive side of the situation, acknowledging that it was out of her control but still exciting to be named a winner. Pei-Ying Tsai of Chinese Taipei also shared her disappointment at not being able to play but recognized the quality of the course and her fellow competitors.
