Warner Bros. Discovery Characters to Hit the Ice for MultiVersus NHL Face-Off: Colorado Avalanche at Vegas Golden Knights

In an unprecedented collaboration between TNT Sports, Warner Bros. Games, and the National Hockey League, fans are in for a treat as iconic Warner Bros. Discovery characters take to the ice in a real-time animated presentation of the Colorado Avalanche at Vegas Golden Knights game. This exclusive event will be broadcast on truTV and Max’s B/R Sports Add-On on Sunday, April 14 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The highly anticipated MultiVersus NHL Face-Off will feature legendary characters such as Bugs Bunny, Batman, Wonder Woman, Shaggy, and many more from the Warner Bros. Discovery universe. These beloved characters will be brought to life in a fully animated presentation, adding a unique and exciting element to the matchup between the two recent Stanley Cup champions.

The game will be officiated by the slobbery Tasmanian Devil, who will drop the puck and ensure a fair and entertaining contest. Prior to the game, a special team selection draft of the MultiVersus icons will take place during NHL on TNT’s postgame coverage on Sunday, April 7.

The animated presentation will utilize the NHL’s innovative EDGE tracking technology to recreate the action on the ice in real-time. Viewers can expect to see a dynamic and visually stunning alternate telecast, featuring a blend of MultiVersus characters and NHL stars like Nathan MacKinnon, Jack Eichel, and more.
