Anthony Seibold’s Plans for Tom Curry at Manly Sea Eagles

England’s defence coach, Anthony Seibold, has revealed that he has his eye on Tom Curry as the player he would most like to bring to the Manly Sea Eagles when he takes over as head coach of the Australian rugby league team. Seibold, who will be stepping down from his role with England at the end of the Autumn Nations Series, believes that Curry’s all-action style would make a huge impact in the rival code Down Under.

Seibold spoke highly of Curry, stating, “I’ve always said Tom Curry would be an outstanding rugby league player. I think he’s one of the world’s best rugby players in either code, full-stop.” He praised Curry’s toughness, work ethic, and skill level, highlighting him as a standout player.

As Seibold prepares to depart from his 13-month stint with England, he is focused on the upcoming matches against New Zealand and South Africa at Twickenham.
