Lewis Hamilton’s Post-F1 Plans: Fashion, Films, and Grammy Chasing
Lewis Hamilton, the second-oldest driver on the grid, is not just focused on his racing career but also has big plans for his life after Formula 1. The seven-time world champion recently revealed in an interview with GQ Sports that he sees himself delving into the worlds of film and fashion once he decides to retire from racing.
Already a fashion icon in the paddock, Hamilton’s clothing and lifestyle brand, Plus44, has been gaining popularity. With a keen interest in fashion, the Mercedes driver has already taken steps towards establishing himself in the industry. Additionally, Hamilton is also venturing into filmmaking, with a project already in the works.
One of Hamilton’s film projects includes an F1-themed Hollywood movie starring none other than Brad Pitt. The filming has already commenced, with the crew capturing behind-the-scenes moments during the 2023 British GP. Hamilton will serve as the executive producer for the film, ensuring its authenticity and success in portraying the world of Formula 1.
Hamilton’s creative streak extends beyond fashion and film, as he has also dabbled in music. While he has not released a full album or song yet, Hamilton has showcased his musical talents online, often sharing snippets of his work with fans. Notably, Hamilton collaborated with Christina Aguilera on her song ‘Pipe’ under the pseudonym “XNDA.”
Despite his success in various fields, Hamilton has admitted to feeling insecure and unsure of himself at times, as seen in his delayed revelation of his involvement in Aguilera’s song. However, with his determination and passion for creativity, Hamilton is set to make a mark in the worlds of fashion, film, and possibly even music post his illustrious F1 career.
