Historic Launch of National Women’s Hockey League 2024-25 at Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Astroturf
The much-anticipated National Women’s Hockey League 2024-25 is set to kick off in Ranchi from April 30 to May 9, 2024, at the Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Astroturf Hockey Stadium. Hockey India secretary general Shri Bhola Nath Singh expressed his excitement for the upcoming league during a press conference, emphasizing the importance of this historic moment for women’s hockey in India.
With the participation of top teams from the recent 14th Hockey India Senior Women’s National Championships, including Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Bengal, Mizoram, Manipura, and Odisha, the NWHL promises to be a thrilling showcase of talent.
