St. Charles Gas Stations Partner with Athletic Booster Club for Fundraising Initiative
St. Charles, Illinois – The community of St. Charles is coming together to support their local high school athletics through a unique fundraising initiative led by two Pride gas stations in the area. From now until July, every gallon purchased from the Spirit Pumps at these gas stations will result in a donation to the St. Charles Athletic Booster Club.
Owned by Parent Petroleum, the Pride gas stations in St. Charles have designated Spirit Pumps at each location, with a portion of the proceeds from these pumps going directly to support high school athletics. Additionally, there is a friendly competition aspect to the fundraiser, as the school whose pump raises the most money will receive a bonus donation at the end of the campaign.
The pump at The Pride of St. Charles will benefit St. Charles North High School, while the pump at The Pride of Kane County will benefit St. Charles East High School. This collaboration between Parent Petroleum and the St. Charles Athletic Booster Club marks the first time two stations are participating in one community.
Mario Spina, owner of The Pride gas stations, expressed his commitment to giving back to the communities they serve. He initiated the Spirit Pump fundraisers as a way to engage the community and support local schools and organizations. Spina emphasized the importance of community involvement and the positive impact these fundraisers can have on the schools and students.
Residents of St. Charles are encouraged to visit the Pride gas stations this summer and look for the pumps with St. Charles high school logos to participate in this fundraising effort. With the support of the community, the St. Charles Athletic Booster Club aims to provide essential resources and opportunities for student athletes to excel in their sports programs.
